BreatheSafe stores the request. We are not the remediator.
Princeton mold follows the house: older wood, stone cellars, leftover wet
A Colonial off Witherspoon. A Jugtown plaster house. A downtown conversion that still smells after a wet week. Historic Mercer stock holds moisture. You want the wet material out. BreatheSafe takes that request. We do not send “our Princeton crew.” Take five yes/no questions, then leave a number. Or call (516) 928-MOLD.

A local contractor is a separate company. We do not perform the job, and we do not name one here. New Jersey is not New York’s mold-license setup. Ask for a written scope and an independent look after the tear-out.
The housing, not the slogan
North on Route 1: New Brunswick inspection and Edison remediation. Wider map: North Jersey. West-north: Morristown.
Princeton is older wood-frame and stone cellars more than a mill-city or mall-corridor story. Witherspoon, Nassau, and Jugtown houses hide wet plaster at the sill and in the bath chase. University-area two-families share party walls; a leak on one side can stain the next dining room. Stone foundations wick after a wet week; a first floor that “dried” can still hold wet pad. Downtown conversions add tight baths and leftover construction moisture. Finished cellars often still have carpet pad. Remediation does not legalize a cellar bedroom. A buyer or an estate that wants notes before anyone opens a wall is a notes field. Write Colonial / plaster / finished basement and ZIP on the form.
Ask a local job for: a written scope, the water source named and stopped, containment, removal of wet drywall/pad/insulation in bags, and a look after the work by someone who did not do the tear-out. Do not accept “we spray and leave.” We do not quote from this form. We do not invent a New Jersey license number.
Neighborhoods are labels only. No child URL per neighborhood.

Five yes/no questions. No score.
Musty smell? Leak or leftover moisture in the past year? People feel worse inside? Dark spots or fuzzy growth? A closed room often humid?
Send the request. We store it.
We do not promise a named contractor, a 30-minute callback, or a 2–4 hour crew. Phone: (516) 928-MOLD.
