Harbor and Centerport lots sit closer to leftover storm moisture; a first floor that “dried” can still hold wet pad. Stone foundations wick. Finished rec rooms often still have carpet pad. Cold Spring Harbor and Northport are labels only — no child URL per hamlet. A buyer who wants a PDF before closing is a notes field, not a promise that we walk in. Write “Colonial / plaster,” “Harbor cottage,” or “finished basement” if that is you.
You should get back: notes on every wet-looking room, moisture readings, what was not opened, samples only if they change the decision, and a next step. We do not quote a BreatheSafe price. A general home inspection is not a mold inspection.
