BreatheSafe stores the request. We are not the remediator.
A New Brunswick mold inspection is often a damp cellar near the Raritan, not a lab poster
A downtown two-family. A university-area conversion. A river-lot cellar that never quite dried. Raritan-side Middlesex stays humid. You want someone to look before anyone opens a wall. We take that request. We do not walk in with cameras and a badge. Five questions, then your name and ZIP. Or call (516) 928-MOLD.

BreatheSafe is not the inspector. We do not have a New Brunswick street address, and we do not promise a visit time. A local contractor is a separate company. New Jersey is not New York’s mold-license setup.
The housing, not the slogan
North: Edison remediation and Elizabeth. South: Princeton remediation. Wider map: North Jersey. Newark corridor: Newark.
New Brunswick is mixed older housing plus river humidity, not one glass-condo story. Downtown and Easton Avenue two-families hide wet plaster at the sill and in the bath chase. University-area conversions share party walls and leftover construction moisture. Lots toward the Raritan sit on a higher water table; a first floor that “dried” can still hold wet pad. Highland Park is a label on the other bank, not a child URL. East Brunswick-style ranches nearby are a different stock — say which if that is you. Steam or old radiators wet the corner in winter. A board or a buyer who wants a PDF is a notes field, not a promise that we walk in. Write “two-family,” “conversion,” or “river-lot cellar” if that is you.
You should get back: notes on every wet-looking room, moisture readings, what was not opened, samples only if they change the decision, and a next step. We do not quote a BreatheSafe price. We do not invent a New Jersey license number. A general home inspection is not a mold inspection.
Neighborhoods are labels only. No child URL per neighborhood.

Musty smell? Leak or leftover moisture in the past year? People feel worse inside? Dark spots or fuzzy growth? A closed room often humid?
